My Education

To become a Postural Restoration Trained Certified Strength and Conditioning specialist and Registered Massage Therapist I extensively studied exercise science, completed comprehensive studies in anatomy, physiology, pathology, kinesiology and neurology alongside extended training in manual skills, orthopedic assessment and treatment and dedicated extraordinary effort to understanding human asymmetry. I graduated with honours on the Deans List from Vancouver College of Massage Therapy, passed the rigorous examination for RMT certification in British Columbia, challenged the CSCS exam with top marks and am proud to now be the second PRI certified Massage Therapist in Canada (PRT). I learn new knowledge prodigiously and am always furthering my understanding and skill set, and learn much from my clients and the many courses, lectures, webinars, books and current research that I explore.
