Postural Restoration Practitioner • Registered Massage Therapist • Movement Educator

I didn’t start my career in healthcare, but like so many people I struggled with constant issues: shoulder tension, hip stiffness, lower back aches. I was a computer game programmer crafting complex systems - spending 8-10 hours a day at a desk - then spending the rest of my time dancing, performing and doing parkour. It seemed like there was always something nagging at me, no matter how much I tried to stay active. After a shoulder injury forced me to slow down, I became determined to understand why these issues were so common and what could be done to fix them.

Over the next decade, I immersed myself in the study of human anatomy, biomechanics, and movement. I explored yoga, CrossFit, martial arts, breathwork, and strength training. I left my computer programming career and became a Registered Massage Therapist. I trained in Structural Integration, Functional Movement, osteopathic techniques, and certified as a Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS). I began to grasp the value of conscious movement as a powerful way of healing. Then I found the Postural Restoration Institute (PRI) and everything clicked.

PRI showed me the missing link was in the neurology - the brain. The brain is constantly unconsciously processing sensory information from the body and environment, and it uses this information to control posture, movement, and even your breathing. The brain will work in the background to ensure that you can always breathe, walk, chew and swallow, and it will normalise and repeat any compensatory pattern that keeps these actions alive - even if over the long run it leads to pain and tension and dysfunction.

This is where PRI comes in. PRI addresses the brain-body connection and focuses on re-empowering and re-patterning the unconscious processes. By using specific exercises, breathing techniques, and manual therapy, PRI helps “reset” the brain’s perception of your body. Instead of stretching tight muscles or strengthening weak ones, PRI focuses on retraining your brain to recognize and correct imbalances, so you can move dynamically without losing stability.

Today, I help high-achieving professionals and entrepreneurs have freedom from pain and tension and become empowered in their movements. Using a combination of PRI assessments, breathwork and pressure control, fascial release, neuromuscular techniques, neurolinguistic programming, interdisciplinary integration and personalised guidance, I help people restore balance, reduce pain, and move with ease.

My mission is to give you the tools and knowledge to rescue your own patterns, retrain your own movements, and maintain those changes for life. Whether you’re dealing with nagging discomfort, recovering from an injury, or simply want to move better, I’m here to help you unlock your body’s full potential.

If you’re ready to finally resolve your pain, improve your posture, and move with confidence, let’s work together now.
